We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false details during signup or profile verification checks.
3. Landlord Verification Requirements
Owners submitting listings on ghardhoondho.com or the Ghar Dhoondho mobile app must comply with verification checks:
- You warrant that you are the lawful owner, titleholder, or authorized property manager of the listing.
- You agree to supply accurate descriptions, actual pricing structures, landmark tags, pincodes, and genuine photos.
- Uploading stock real estate images, mock properties, fake addresses, or misleading listings without permission is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate profile block and 100% forfeiture of any listing fees paid (NO REFUND).
- ID & Ownership Proof Security: Any government ID (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card) or property ownership proof submitted for verification is strictly evaluated by internal admin moderators only and is NEVER shown, shared, exposed, or made accessible to tenants or public users.
4. Zero Brokerage Guarantee
Our marketplace is built exclusively for direct owner-tenant matchmaking. You agree not to charge any brokerage fees, commissions, or hidden transaction overheads to any tenant you connect with through the website ghardhoondho.com or the mobile app Ghar Dhoondho. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate profile suspension.
CAUTION FOR TENANTS: DO NOT pay token deposits, booking amounts, or security deposits to landlords before physically visiting the property and verifying ownership. ghardhoondho.com is not liable for monetary transactions or tenancy disputes between landlords and tenants.
5. Listing Fees & Secure Payments
ghardhoondho.com charges a variable submission/maintenance fee to list a property on the platform. This fee is implemented to prevent fraudulent listings, maintain platform quality, and cover operational/maintenance costs. This fee is dynamic and is not fixed; it may vary based on property type, location, or other platform parameters determined during submission. All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or proceedings arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
